Hey guys, good morning 🙋🏻‍♀️ Just wanted to be real for a second and talk about the insta world. While I do love being a part of this and meeting so many truly amazing people, I have found myself in the comparison trap every now and again. It’s so easy to look at other great foodies and think “maybe I’ll just never be as fit, healthy, inspiring, etc.” But I’m reminding myself a little extra today that this is NOT the reason I started my account. I didn’t start it to be the best or be better than anyone else. I started this to help me reach my goals ✨ To inspire myself to be the best I can be inside and out. To keep me motivated to eat and do what’s best for MY body and not what I see others doing. Maybe you don’t have that problem, but if you sometimes struggle with comparison like I do, just remember: try your dang hardest and you will be the best version of yourself. Do what you know you need to do to smile a little more each day 😊

Enough about me, here’s the food deets 👆🏼 To get over this long hump day, I made a big bowl of @simplemills waffles. I added @foragerproject cashew yogurt, @purely_elizabeth granola, @navitasorganics Goji berries, pumpkin seeds, apple slices, and roasted coconut 😍 To top it all off I drizzled @kweenandco granola butter for the perfect sweet addition!
