Hey guys! I wanted to give y’all an honest update on my life! I try my best to be positive and happy and spread joy on here, but it’s not always that easy 🙃 I tend to be very hard on myself even when it’s not needed. I worry constantly about my health and I strive to be comfortable in my own skin, but it’s definitely easier said than done. I’m a work in progress, but I really am loving the journey, even if it’s a giant rollercoaster ride (anyone else feel that way?) Anyway, one way I remain happy is by eating big and pretty meals. This morning I went with a cinnamon pear oatmeal topped with all my faves 😍 I added oven baked pear, frozen raspberries, coconut chips, and some grainless granola. I also added a little @foragerproject yogurt for my fave dairy free addition 👌🏻 Let me know if you need the recipe #bakedbychen
