I almost always crave something sweet for breakfast, but on those rare occasions when I’m not, I have these 👆🏼 These are veggie egg white “muffins.” The prep for these is super easy and totally worth it. You can add your own choice of veggies if you don’t like what I used! Just fill a muffin tray with a handful of spinach, chopped onions, and chopped bell peppers. I sautéed two turkey sausages from @sprouts and added a few slices in each muffin 😍 I used a carton of egg whites and filled each to the top (equivalent of one egg white per muffin). Season with garlic, salt, and pepper or @traderjoes everything but the bagel 😏 Bake at 350 until the edges have browned, let cool, and refrigerate! You can top these with @kitehillfoods cream cheese or avo slices for the perfect snack or meal✨ E n j o y ✨
