I almost always crave something sweet for breakfast, but on those rare occasions when I’m not, I have these ?? These are veggie egg white “muffins.” The prep for these is super easy and totally worth it. You can add your own choice of veggies if you don’t like what I used! Just fill a muffin tray with a handful of spinach, chopped onions, and chopped bell peppers. I sautéed two turkey sausages from @sprouts and added a few slices in each muffin ? I used a carton of egg whites and filled each to the top (equivalent of one egg white per muffin). Season with garlic, salt, and pepper or @traderjoes everything but the bagel ? Bake at 350 until the edges have browned, let cool, and refrigerate! You can top these with @kitehillfoods cream cheese or avo slices for the perfect snack or meal✨ E n j o y ✨
