I am feeling FALL guys ? I want it and I want it now. Don’t get me wrong, I love summer. I love sitting by the pool, eating all the summer fruit, and having no school. BUT FALL. I love it so much. I love the weather, the sweaters, and all the fall food. Today I was craving it even more than usual so I made cinnamon apple overnight oats and ate them inside a butternut squash bowl ? Yes, a butternut squash bowl… I drooled it’s ok. I also added @foragerproject yogurt, figs, pumpkin seeds, and @grandyoats original granola. Because I’m a chocolate addict, I added one cube of @hukitchen dark chocolate. Seriously my favorite chocolate. You can bet I bought way too many bars when I was in New York this past weekend. Cinnamon apple overnight oats:
~ 1/3 cup @bobsredmill gluten free oats
~ 2/3 cup almond milk (@almondcow)
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 honey crisp apple pieces
~ all the cinnamon ?
Mix together in a small container, let sit overnight in a jar or Tupperware. Tip: Heat it up for about 2 minutes in the morning. It makes them extra fluffy and thick. You won’t regret it ?
