I get a lot of questions from people saying: how do you have time to make such pretty breakfasts every morning?? My secret: meal prep! Do I have time to sit in front of my waffle maker every morning and make just a few to eat that day? Heck no 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m a school teacher and it’s hands the most exhausting things that I do! I have to be at school by 6:30 and I don’t leave until 3 or 4. So I spend a couple of hours every Sunday making easy breakfasts and lunches for the week 🤗 My best friends are overnight oats, but sometimes I get a little fancier with @simplemills waffles. Like last week, I was so hungry a few hours after lunch and I wanted an easy snack. I used one of my waffles and topped it with @foragerproject cashew yogurt, blackberries, @sunandswellfoods crumbs, and @kweenandco granola butter 😍 I was so satisfied and happy all the way to dinner!
