I haven’t posted a bowl of oats in so long and that’s just wrong! I’ve been missing my favorite breakfast so this morning I made a bowl of cinnamon butternut squash oatmeal and topped it with all my favorite fruit ? My stomach was a little off this morning so I kept it as “simple” as I could, but still giving my body the treats it wanted. I added some fresh blackberries, figs from my tree, @navitasorganics goji berries and bee pollen ? It was exactly what I needed to keep me full, but not overwhelm my belly this morning.
?? For the oats I actually used a packet of @rightfoods quinoa oatmeal. The ingredients are SO simple and good. I warned them up and then added the butternut squash for the last minute in the microwave. Topped and ate in less than five minutes lol ??‍♀️ Happy Monday everyone
