If you watched my stories on Sunday night, I talked about how quick and easy my meal prep was, so I wanted to show y’all the outcome 😍 While I do love spending hours in the kitchen and creating new recipes, sometimes I’m simply exhausted and want to get in and out. I’ve been craving veggies in all form so that’s exactly what I made. All I did was roast a spaghetti squash, roast sweet potatoes and onions in one pan in the oven, and grill some turkey in a pan with a little avo oil 🥑 For lunches this week, I’ve been using my prepped food and using them as toppings for a spinach based salad with tomatoes and cucumbers. For the dressing, I used my moms homemade Tahini sauce (let me know if you need the recipe, it’s amazing ❤️) I’ve definitely been loving my lunches this week, what have you guys been eating??
