If you watched my story you know I’ve been up for a while now… I was feeling stressed last night with all the things I had to do today, so I decided to wake up a little earlier to get it all done 🤗 Now it’s not even 10 am and I’m all done meal prepping, my laundry is done, and I’ve eaten the most amazing smoothie bowl! It’s not always easy to wake up early, but today it was totally worth it. I have my last day of yoga teacher training today so now I can really enjoy it and not worry about all the errands or my to do list ✔️
Now onto the food 👆🏼 I had to start the day with something yummy so I made a smoothie bowl. With school in session, I don’t have too much time in the morning to make smoothies, so I knew it’s what I wanted today. I used butternut squash, blackberries, and strawberries to make this (all frozen) and topped it with @onedegreeorganics brown rice puffs, coconut chips, and @rxbar vanilla almond butter. I also can’t go one morning without fresh figs so I added one large one 😍 Hope you guys have a great Sunday! Anyone up to anything fun??
