If you’re ever trying to get me a gift, an aesthetically pleasing mug will definitely do 😏 Due to my love for pretty mugs, I’ve decided to make Monday’s #mugmonday. And no I’m not kidding! Each Monday I’ll share my mug of the week, aka, the mug that will bring me all the joy every morning. Anyway, to pair my mug, I added a big bowl of pear and chocolate overnight oats topped with baked pear, coconut chips, @purely_elizabeth plain granola, @navitasorganics goji berries, and @wild_friends chocolate almond butter. Pear and chocolate overnight oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ 2 tbs applesauce
~ 1 tbs @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips
~ finely chopped pair
Let sit overnight and then heat up in the morning so the chocolate melts, top, and enjoy 🤗
