I’m back in ATL with a N E W recipe ✨ I’m sure you guys have seen a million banana bread recipes, but here’s another one! It’s totally gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free. I’ve been loving having this bread with a little @foragerproject yogurt as a quick snack or as a sweet post meal treat. Either way, this Tahini banana bread is perfect for any occasion and tastes totally amazing, my taste testers approved it (aka my family) ??‍♀️ I hope you guys have a great Thursday, maybe fill it with some banana bread ?

~ 4 eggs
~ 1/4 cup Tahini
~ 1 tsp baking powder
~ pinch Himalayan salt
~ 1 mashed banana
~ 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla
~ 1/2 tsp baking soda
~ 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
~ 1/3 cup chocolate chips
~ 8 pitted dates
Combine all wet ingredients first, then add dry! Mix very well. Chop up dates for a sweet filling. Top with one banana ? Bake at 350 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until the top is golden brown. Use a toothpick to check the center ?
