I’m on a roll with the new recipes, so why stop now?? I know I’m way late with the chia pudding, but I finally made it guys ? I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it, but I actually really like it! I love that you can add just about anything and make new flavors and combos too. Last night I made a vanilla chia seed pudding so I just had to have it for breakfast paired with a peachy strawberry smoothie ? I honestly didn’t measure the smoothie ingredients, but it had peaches, strawberries, and almond milk! That’s it ? No fancy powders or protein add ins, sometimes I just crave simple fruit in a smoothie you know? Anyway! Hope you guys have a great Thursday! Don’t forget to enter my giveaway, it ends tomorrow ??

Overnight Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding:
~ 1 1/2 cup @threetreesfoods almond milk
~ 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
~ 1/3 cup @navitasorganics chia seeds
~ 1 tsp vanilla
~ optional: honey!
Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar or sealable container. Mix well and let sit overnight until it’s thick! Enjoy ?
