?In case you haven’t seen it yet, it’s October!? I feel a slight chill in the air and I am here for it! This time of year is my absolute favorite. I love wearing sweaters and any excuse to wear a knitted hat. I love baking with pumpkin and adding cinnamon to just about everything ? this morning, I’m celebrating the only way I know how: a fall themed breakfast bowl. I made cinnamon apple overnight oats and roasted acorn squash over the weekend. I warmed up the oats, added an acorn squash yogurt bowl with @foragerproject yogurt, and added @grandyoats granola ?? I drizzled @wild_friends collagen almond butter, added bee pollen, and a fresh fig from my tree. It’s safe to say I’m ready for fall! I hope you guys are too! How are you celebrating October 1st? ?

Cinnamon apple overnight oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
~ 1/2 chopped apple
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ all the cinnamon
Mix will and store in the fridge overnight! Warm up in the morning and e n j o y ?
