It’s been way too long since I’ve done a #toasttuesday so here it is! A couple weeks ago I showed y’all how I meal prep all the sweet potatoes because truly who has time to make just two in the morning 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s so much easier to have them prepped in the fridge because all you have to do is take them out and top or just eat plain! So this morning I did my classic sweet and savory combo because I couldn’t decide, but that’s not new lol 😉 For the sweet I used @lovvelavva plain yogurt, frozen berries, and @wild_friends almond butter. For the savory I used @kitehillfoods cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, sprouts, and red pepper flakes. I’m so full and happy and ready to teach my second yoga sculpt today 💪🏼

Thank you guys so much for all the love yesterday for my first class ever! It wasn’t my best, but I was nervous and I’m pretty sure I blacked the whole class out… I’m teaching my second this morning and I’m still really nervous, but feeling a little more confident. That’s progress right?? 🙃 Either way, keep your fingers crossed for me.
