It’s been way too long since I’ve posted a savory meal for the savory lovers, so here you go! I don’t actually eat oats for every meal, despite popular belief 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sometimes I do like to go a little salty with my lunches. Last week I made random bowls full of grains, veggies, fats, and proteins. All a girl needs to be happy 🤗 I started with a bed of butter lettuce, added grilled peppers and onions, grilled chicken, spicy sweet potato chunks, and brown rice. I also added fresh tomatoes, toasted @sietefoods tortilla, and @hopefoods red pepper hummus! This meal looks super complicated, but in reality it’s just my meal prep thrown together. I’m such an advocate for meal prep, it helps me stay on track during the week and saves me eating out money 💸 What’s your favorite meal prep tips?? I’d love to know 💕 Happy Friday y’all
