It’s been way too long without a bowl of oatmeal, so here you go 🤗 As y’all have probably found out by now, I love oats way more than I should. I mostly use it as a vehicle for toppings because a bowl of oatmeal without toppings is just wrong! This morning I went with the basic apple cinnamon combo topped with @purely_elizabeth granola, @dangfoods coconut chips, @navitasorganics goji berries, and frozen raspberries. Had to add the scoop of @wild_friends almond butter 😍 I’m so happy and full after this amazing bowl, tell me what y’all had for breakfast!

To be totally honest, I used to think that skipping breakfast was key to my weight loss, I figured the less I ate, the better my results would be. But let me tell y’all how wrong I was. Breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day 🙌🏻 It gives you energy and the nutrients you need to function throughout the morning. Now I have a freaking huge breakfast and a snack before lunch because food just fills me with joy ❤️
