It’s Friday and I’m celebrating with a new recipe! As most of y’all know, I love to meal prep ❤️ I love spending some time on a Sunday creating new easy recipes for the week, both sweet and savory! This week I used @heatandflavor hot sauce to create a buffalo chicken salad that is totally gluten free and dairy free ? I’ve been eating it all week for lunch on @canyonglutenfree toast, lettuce wraps, and with my fave @sietefoods chips! Just mix all the ingredients ?? super well and store in the fridge. You can also modify how much hot sauce you add, just depends on how much spice you like. I prefer to be crying when I eat my spicy foods ? Hope y’all have a great week and an even better weekend! Spicy buffalo chicken salad:
2 chicken breasts shredded
1/2 cup @kitehillfoods cream cheese
1/4 cup @foragerproject diary free yogurt
1/2 chopped large cucumber
2 – 3 tbs hot sauce
Paprika, onion, garlic, sea salt
