It’s Friday and I’m celebrating with a new recipe! As most of y’all know, I love to meal prep ❤️ I love spending some time on a Sunday creating new easy recipes for the week, both sweet and savory! This week I used @heatandflavor hot sauce to create a buffalo chicken salad that is totally gluten free and dairy free 😍 I’ve been eating it all week for lunch on @canyonglutenfree toast, lettuce wraps, and with my fave @sietefoods chips! Just mix all the ingredients 👇🏼 super well and store in the fridge. You can also modify how much hot sauce you add, just depends on how much spice you like. Spicy buffalo chicken salad:
2 chicken breasts shredded
1/2 cup @kitehillfoods cream cheese
1/4 cup @foragerproject diary free yogurt
1/2 chopped large cucumber
2 – 3 tbs hot sauce
Paprika, onion, garlic, sea salt
