It’s Monday! Typically I dread Monday’s, but I’m working on my positive mindset 🤗 School got cancelled today due to possible bad road conditions and the championship game. Never have I ever loved football so much lol 😏

Had to start my day off right with breakfast in a huge bowl mug I got! Made oatmeal with 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 finely chopped apple, 1/2 grated zucchini, cinnamon, 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk and 3 tbs organic applesauce 🍎 After warming up this combo, I added @foragerproject cashew yogurt, @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips, and a handful of @purely_elizabeth granola (my new obsession) Topped the whole bowl with a scoop of almond butter 👌🏻 What did y’all have this Monday morning??
