It’s Monday y’all and I’m still in bed for once! I don’t have it in me to move and be productive right now so I’m accepting it… or trying my best to 🙃 I still haven’t made breakfast today, but don’t worry guys, I have one saved just for y’all! I made this AMAZING bowl last week. I was a little unsure of the combo, but I’m about to have this on repeat this week. The actual oatmeal reminds me of a creamsicle 🍊 and I topped it with all my faves! I used my blackberry compote, added @foragerproject yogurt, @purely_elizabeth granola, and a spoonful of @wild_friends almond butter 😍 This meal made me beyond happy which is all that matters in the grand scheme of meals lol! I hope y’all have the best Monday, go out there and kick some ass (or just lay in your dang bed and rest because you deserve that too)

Orange creamsicle overnight oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ 1 whole cara cara orange (chopped up into small chunks)
~ 3 tbs applesauce (to make it extra creamy)
Let sit overnight and then warm up in the morning! Stir well so the chunks break up and then top and enjoy! You won’t regret it 😏
