It’s #mugmonday and I’m celebrating with one of my fave marble mugs full of @tradmedicinals tea! I’m absolutely obsessed with their tea. I drink the kind that helps with bloating which actually helps me (I think…) 🤗 With my tea, I made a new oatmeal combo! Last night I prepped blood orange overnight oats. That may sound weird, I thought it did too, but this may have been one of my favorite breakfasts in a while! I warmed them up this morning and topped with a few blood orange slices, berries, @dangfoods coconut chips, @purely_elizabeth granola, @navitasorganics goji berries, and a heavy spoon of @wild_friends almond butter 😍 This bowl was full of natural sugars that were perfect to help me start my Monday right. I’m refusing to let myself drag through this Monday, so instead I’ll eat an amazing breakfast, put a smile on my face, and own the day like it’s my dang job 🏋🏽‍♀️ Who’s going to kick ass with me today??

Blood orange overnight oats 🍊:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ almost all of the orange chopped into smaller chunks
~ 3 tbs applesauce
