It’s my last day of preplanning and I’m pooped guys ? I’ve been waking up extra early to get to work even earlier because my classroom is a hot mess. I’m such a perfectionist and I can’t leave any corner unorganized. This morning was extra hard to wake up so I decided I needed to treat myself to an extra fun breakfast. I used @hukitchen dark chocolate sea salt bar to make dark chocolate PB&J oats. I made stovetop oats and topped them with a homemade strawberry and chia seed jelly and @georgiagrinders almond butter ? This was exactly what I was craving this morning to get me through the day. Dark chocolate stovetop oatmeal:
~ 1/2 cup cashew milk
~ 1/2 cup @bobsredmill gluten free oats
~ 1/2 tbs chia seeds
~ 1/4 cup applesauce
~ 2 squares of @hukitchen dark chocolate
Bring milk to a light boil and then add all ingredients. Mix well until the oats are cooked and the milk has been absorbed. Top with whatever jelly and peanut/almond butter. Enjoy!
