It’s officially apple season and I’m too pumped ? A few weeks ago I went apple picking and I picked more apples than I could count. Ever since then, I’ve been creating new apple recipes so that I don’t waste any of my freshly picked apples. Really, I’ll take any excuse to bake ??‍♀️ Last week I made these mini apple pie balls! This recipe definitely has more steps to it than I’m used to, but trust me, it’s definitely worth it. They are gluten, dairy, and soy free! There’s no added sugar, but they’re still good I promise ? I topped each of these with @artisanaorganics walnut butter and @beekeepers_naturals honey for an added sweetness. The recipe is up on the blog! It would mean so much to me if you checked it out.
