It’s the weekend guys, we made it! I finally slept in for the first time in weeks… well I woke up at 8, but that’s definitely sleeping in for me. I was planning on going to an early morning yoga class, but sometimes sleep and rest are way more important 😴 Trying to rest my body all day so I’ll be headed to lunch with a friend and then probably bed and Netflix 🙌🏻 I’m not the best at rest days, because I always crave some sort of movement, but I’m really trying my best to take it slow and give my body a break. The best way to start a great relaxed day is with a huge bowl of oatmeal. My fave go to is an apple oatmeal topped with all the best 😍 For this bowl I added @purely_elizabeth granola, @foragerproject plain yogurt, baked apple, pumpkin seeds, @navitasorganics goji berries, coconut chips, and of course @wild_friends almond butter swirl 💫 Wouldn’t be one of my oatmeal’s without it!
