Kicking off your Friday with a pretty freaking great new recipe if I do say so myself 💁🏻‍♀️ Introducing my new mini skillet with an almond butter skillet cake! I’ve been taking full advantage of this extra sunlight at the end of my day by making a few extra deserts when I get home from school or the gym 😏 Two nights ago I made this in about 20 minutes and it was gone in about two… but no shame! It’s only five ingredients and is gluten and dairy free! The total bake time was about 20 minutes in the oven at 350, but keep an eye on it because it’s better slightly soft and melty 😍 Hope y’all get a chance to try it this weekend! It’ll be worth it, I promise #bakedbychen

Almond butter skillet cake:
~ 1/4 cup almond butter
~ 1 egg
~ 2 tbs coconut flour
~ Baking soda
~ 2 tbs apple sauce
Top with:
~ banana slices
~ chocolate chips!
