Let’s play: how many pumpkin recipes can I add to my feed before fall is officially over? This weekend when I wasn’t feeling too well, all I wanted was something warm and slightly sweet 😍 I had no energy to create a new recipe or try to figure out anything too complicated so I made pumpkin spice muffins using @simplemills! After they had cooled, I took the core out of the muffin (ate them don’t worry) and then filled them with a pumpkin filling 🤗 I added a little @artisanaorganics pecan butter swirl and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top! I was such a happy camper when these were ready. Needless to say, they’re gone now… only took three days 😏 I hope you guys have the best Thursday! I’ll be at school really late tonight which I’m not thrilled about, but I’m making the most of it and staying positive 👊🏻

Pumpkin filling:
~ 1/2 cup and 3 tbs pumpkin purée
~ 2 tbs cashew yogurt
~ 2 tbs applesauce
~ 1 1/2 tbs @beekeepers_naturals honey
~ Tsp cinnamon
Mix super well!
