Let’s talk snack! I used to avoid snacking at all times because I truly thought that I was just allowed three meals a day. I was worried that snacking would cause me to gain weight because I was eating more. But I’ve slowly discovered that this is far from the truth ? I’m learning to listen to my body and give it that extra fuel it needs to get through a long day. I LOVE my daily snacks y’all. I love having something small in between meals to keep my hangry side in check. My hangry side can come in hot and completely take over and she is not nice ??‍♀️ She’s possibly the worst person I know. So to prevent her from ruining a perfectly good day, I eat snacks like these! The other day I was extra hungry a few hours after lunch so I made a bowl using two new baked goods, @foragerproject yogurt, frozen blackberries, and @birdseedfoodco grainless granola ? I was so content after this snack that I was ready to go to my yoga class, kick butt, and be a nice human lol. What’s your go to snack?
