Longest name for a cookie: Chocolate chip pumpkin spice and orange cookies ? I should probably think of a new name, but regardless, these cookies turned out amazing! They’re of course, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free! ? The orange added the perfect sweetness to the cookies and the pumpkin spice just made me want the cold weather even more ❄️

Recipe: makes 15 small cookies
~ 1/2 cup almond flour
~ 1/2 cup oat flour
~ pinch of baking powder
~ 2 tbs almond butter
~ 1 freshly squeezed orange and a little zest
~ 2 tbs apple sauce
~ 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
~ cinnamon
~ pumpkin spice
~ @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips ?
Mix dry and wet together and ball the dough. Press the ball flatter on the pan because it doesn’t change shape when baking! Bake at 350 until ready ?
