Meal prepping on the weekends definitely makes lunches at school so much easier! I have similar things during lunch all week but I mix it up by adding more grains or veggies ?? For this weeks meal prep I made turkey burgers, sweet potato fries, and squash! I promise the veggies aren’t burnt, they’re just super seasoned ? I love adding black pepper and paprika to my oven roasted veggies to add a spicy kick ? I topped my turkey burger with @hopefoods hummus and cherry tomatoes on the side
