Sharing this recipe today because I have so much to celebrate. Today is the first day of Fall which, if you know me at all, is my absolute favorite time of the year. My roommates dog, Theo, is celebrating a birthday today which is definitely cause for celebration ? And I have a friend from home, home being Israel, here in the city and I get to see her for the first time in a few months. It’s going to be a great day, I can feel it.
