✨ N E W ✨ Another Monday, another new overnight oat recipe! Monday’s are hard enough already so there’s no need to have to worry about waking up early and make breakfast. I love making overnight oats when I know that waking up early just doesn’t seem possible 🤷🏻‍♀️ In the morning I’ll just warm these up and top with al my faves. Today I added @foragerproject yogurt, @purely_elizabeth granola, baked cinnamon apples, and crushed @rhythmsuperfoods beet chips for an extra crunch and awesome flavor 🤤So here’s to a new creation and hopefully an amazing week! I’m looking forward to sharing some great (if I do say so myself) recipes and some new meal prep tips 🤗 Rock your Monday y’all ❤️

Double chocolate and coconut baked oats
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup almond milk
~ 1 tbs shredded coconut
~ 1 tbs @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips
~ 2 tsp cacao powder
~ 1 tsp cinnamon
~ 2 tbs applesauce
Mix well and let sit overnight in the fridge! Top end enjoy.
