✨N e w b a k e d o a t s ✨Just to break up all the Valentine’s Day pink on my feed, here’s a new recipe for my fave breakfast 😍 I tried a new combo of carrot, pear, and tahini. I wasn’t sure the combo would work, but it definitely did! The sweetness was just right for me and I was so satisfied after. I topped my baked oats with @purely_elizabeth granola (my new addiction 😏) @foragerproject yogurt, @emmysorganics vanilla cookie crumbles, and even more cinnamon roasted pear. The meal wouldn’t have been complete without @wild_friends almond butter of course! Try out my new #bakedbychen and let me know what you think! Love y’all ❤️

Recipe for oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup almond milk
~ 1 tbs Tahini
~ 1/4 cup grated carrot
~ 1/2 finely chopped pear
~ pinch of cinnamon
~ 2 tbs applesauce
Mix well and top with sliced pear and cinnamon. Bake at 350 until the top is just golden brown, top, and enjoy 🙌🏻
