✨N E W ✨ Even though it’s technically spring, I will not stop eating butternut squash, it’s acceptable all year round right 😏 So I made a new cookie recipe (coming soon) with butternut squash and I used the leftover to make a new #bakedbychen baked oatmeal: cinnamon apple and butternut squash combo 😍 This is exactly what I was craving on a chilly rainy morning like today. For the perfect breakfast I topped my bowl with @purely_elizabeth plain granola, @wild_friends almond butter, and crushed almonds. My belly is so full and happy, I feel ready to take on the day 💪🏼

Cinnamon apple and butternut squash combo baked oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ 2 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 apple chopped finely
~ 1/4 baked butternut squash chunks
~ lots of cinnamon!
Mix well and baked at 350 until the top turns golden brown! Top and enjoy 🤗
