✨ N E W ✨ It’s Sunday funday and I’m starting off with a new recipe for y’all! This week I made cooked quinoa fat bombs 😍 That may not be the best name, but sometimes you just need a little extra fats in your day! Earlier this week I cooked a pot of quinoa and then promptly decided I didn’t want to eat it 🤷🏻‍♀️ So instead of letting it go bad or tossing it, I used it to make these! I keep them in the fridge, but they can definitely be kept in the freezer if you want them not as soft. Hope y’all enjoy the recipe and the rest of your Sunday! I’ll be meal prepping later so stay tuned 🤗

Cooked quinoa fat bombs:
1 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup mixed nut butters (I used 1/4 cup @wild_friends chocolate almond butter and 1/4 cup @traderjoes smooth almond butter)
1/3 cup applesauce
Chocolate chips
* mix all ingredients well and roll into similar sized balls. Coat each one in coconut flakes and store in freezer so they can firm up. Leave in freezer or keep in fridge!
* the mixture was definitely soft, so it wasn’t the easiest to roll, but very worth it 😏
