✨ N E W R E C I P E ✨ It’s finally the weekend guys and I’m beyond excited to bake today ? Whenever I bake, I eat everything I make, so I’m starting my day off simpler with a smaller meal to prep my belly for all the food I’m about to eat ? So here’s a throwback to yesterday’s overnight oats!

During the week I don’t have time to bake oats or do anything super fancy so I love overnight oats. This is a new recipe of cinnamon apple and carrot overnight oats! The night before I used 1/2 cup gluten free oats, 1/3 cup almond milk, 3 tbs applesauce and mixed super well. Then I added in 1/4 cup grated carrot and 1/2 apple chunks for more apple flavor ? Add in cinnamon, mix well, and let sit overnight! In the morning I warmed it up and added sweet potato mash, @purely_elizabeth plain granola, more apple slices, and @wild_friends chocolate almond butter ? Right after this picture I stirred everything up and devoured it in less than five minutes… oops ??‍♀️
