I’m so excited to share this recipe with you guys! I’ve been eating this with my lunch all week and it has been 👌🏻 It’s: Chicken and avo salad 🥑 Since I can’t eat dairy and have been craving chicken salad, I decided to make my own “clean” version. I’ve been eating it on @foodforlifebaking almond flour bread and with @sietefoods chips and it’s perfect! The recipe can be easily modified if you’re missing any of the ingredients or if you’re not dairy free 🙌🏻 Also, I’ve been adding a little lemon juice each day just to keep the avo fresh! Chicken and avo salad:
~ 3 cups shredded chicken
~ 1 mashed avocado
~ 2-3 tablespoons @foragerproject dairy free yogurt
~ 1 tablespoon @kitehillfoods cream cheese
~ 1/2 lemon juice
~ finely chopped cucumber
~ finely chopped green onion
~ garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder
Mix really well and enjoy!
