✨ N e w ✨ Saturday morning creation! I made “PB&J” baked oats in my new oven safe bowl. I sadly don’t love peanut butter all that much, so I subbed out almond butter from @traderjoes and made my own blackberry jam on the stove. I also tried goji berries for the first time and I’m hooked ? They’re not too sweet which I love and they make a great addition to my morning oats. If only they weren’t so pricey… I added a little @purely_elizabeth plain granola for the perfect crunch to my breakfast ?? Ready to crush meal prep today after an amazing yoga class. What are you guys doing this Sunday?

“PB&J” baked oats recipe:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 mashed banana
~ pinch cinnamon
~ optional: 1/2 grated apple for extra sweetness
Mix all together and bake at 350 until the top is golden brown ?
