✨N E W✨ This is what happens when you want banana bread on the go: mini muffins! As most of you guys know by now, I crave sweets 200% of the time. Sometimes I don’t have time to actually sit and eat dessert, so on the go is my best bet 👆🏼 I’ll get this exact recipe on the blog ASAP, but for now here’s the short version! They have no gluten, no dairy, and no added sugar. But they still have all the flavor, I promise! I hope you guys enjoy 💕

Mini banana bread muffins:
~ 1 tbs ACV
~ 2 tsp baking soda
~ 3 eggs
~ 3 mashed bananas
~ 1/4 cup almond butter
~ Pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
~ 2 tsp vanilla
~ 1/4 cup applesauce
~ 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
~ 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Optional toppings: crushed pecans, extra chocolate chips, banana slices
Combine acv and baking soda first, add all wet ingredients, add dry and mix super well! I sprayed the muffin tin with a little avo oil so it wouldn’t stick, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes! Check with a toothpick to make sure it’s done 😍
