Never have I ever posted fries on a Friday ??‍♀️ but heck yah I’m celebrating fry~yay~ today! If you haven’t noticed, I talk about meal prep all the time. As a teacher, it’s the only way I can make it through a week. The mystery meat on Monday’s just don’t do it for me ? One of the things I always meal prep: sweet potato! They’re just so versatile. I love making savory fries, sweet chunks, toasts of all kinds. It makes my week 1000x easier when I don’t have to worry about cooking something extra. I think fries may be my favorite though ?

Japanese sweet potato fries:
1. Cut into fry shape and place in a bowl
2. Coat in avo oil and seasoning! I love garlic and chili lime from @traderjoes
3. Place on a baking tray (spread them out) and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes. I always say just take a bite out of one to check lol
4. For extra crispness: broil for about a minute to get a crunchy top layer ??
* let cool completely before storing in the fridge so they can keep their crunch
