Never thought I’d have to say that I miss chewing, but here I am ??‍♀️ I love to eat possibly more than anyone, so this surgery recovery really has my spirits down… looking at old pictures of food on my phone and remembered that I forgot to post my lunch from last week! Last weeks meal prep was one of my faves, including brown rice, so much sweet potato, turkey meatballs, and spinach ? I added a spoonful of @hopefoods pesto hummus to complete this lunch and it was perfect! I put this hummus on most of my meals so you can say I’m obsessed ??
