NEW oatmeal, chocolate chip, BANANA BREAD BLONDIES ?
Today, I baked for the sake of baking! No planning, no notebook full of lists, no photo ideas, just baking because my aunt wanted something sweet! I made this out of whatever I could find in her pantry and I was so thrilled with how they turned out, I just HAD to take a picture. I took these out on my grandmas balcony, hoped for some decent lighting, and captured these gooey bars. It was so refreshing to not plan and micromanage every detail, just two shots and I was done. And because these were so fun and easy to make, I wanted to include the recipe here for you guys! No going to the blog this time, just screenshot below ?? NOTE: Im totally guessing these measurements. I couldn’t find any measuring cups so I had to do the best with what I had! Hopefully they turn out ok for you guys lol ??‍♀️ These are gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free! Happy baking friends:

BLONDIES:
~ 2 cups gluten free oats
~ 1 cup almond flour
~ 2 ripe mashed bananas
~ 1/2 cup coconut flakes
~ 1/3 cup chopped almonds
~ 2 tsp cinnamon
~ 1/2 cup maple syrup
~ 1 egg
~ 1/2 cup applesauce
~ 1 tsp vanilla
~ pinch sea salt
~ all the chocolate chips ?
Mix all wet ingredients first, add in the dry, stir well! Pour the batter into a nonstick brownie dish, bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, and ENJOY
