No fancy December goals here! Just a yummy breakfast oatmeal bowl and a girl who’s trying to treat herself right 🤗 We are consistently so hard on ourselves and for what? Does it help to say negative things towards yourself or your body or your mind? I can’t say I’m always the most positive person, but when I am there’s a huge difference in my whole outlook. I can picture the other side of a bad day ✨ It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it. So for the rest of 2018: be positive, be happy! Even in the worst of times, a smile can change everything. And if you ever need someone to talk to, I’m here always 😘

What’s in my bowl? Cinnamon apple stovetop oats with blackberry compote and @foragerproject yogurt. I topped it off with bee pollen and almond butter for the best pre workout breakfast today 👌🏻 Happy Saturday friends! And an even happier December.
