Not willing to sacrifice a good breakfast even though I can’t chew and look like every animal emoji 🐶 Oatmeal has definitely come to my rescue, especially baked in my mini skillet. Made this recipe super simple with 1/2 cup gluten free oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 4 tbs unsweetened apple sauce, and cinnamon. I added a handful of @enjoylifefoods mini dark chocolate chips and topped it all off with @wild_friends chocolate almond butter 🍫 The extra applesauce in the recipe made the oats even softer than usual which helped with the no chewing thing 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tip: I have started drinking at least 8 oz of water before consuming any food in the morning. I’ve found that the water helps with digestion throughout the day and wakes me up first thing in the morning ✨
