Now that thanksgiving is behind us, we’re left with all the family love, memories, and last but not least: leftovers ? I’m sure y’all have seen a million ways to enjoy your turkey, pies, and potatoes, but here’s another one for stuffing! Last week I shared my gluten free @simplemills stuffing recipe. I had a good bit leftover so I put a little in an oven safe bowl and baked it for about 10 minutes so it got re-crispy and warm. I cracked an egg and top and baked for another 5 minutes to cook the egg almost all the way through ? This is seriously the best lunch! You can even throw a couple of pieces of turkey in there for added protein.
