One of the hardest things for me is shaking off the remains of a bad day 🙃 I had a long and rough day yesterday. My students seemingly forgot how to follow directions and I may have gotten a little mad… it’s very easy to come to school and hold a grudge and continue to be mad at them, but I’m trying very hard to put a smile on my face and move past it. The best way to start my day with a smile is by having a bowl of toppings, I mean oats 😏 I made a new simple recipe for overnight oats using apple and banana and topped it with all my faves. Apple and banana overnight oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup almond milk
~ 2 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 mashed banana
~ 1/2 chopped apple
Mix well and let sit overnight! Warm up in the morning and top away 🙌🏻
