Perks of no school: making lunch at home! 🙌🏻 Haven’t had “pizza” in a long time, so I’ve been craving it! i can’t eat cheese or dough, so the best parts of the pizza are a no go 😒 but i make the best of it! Used one @sietefoods almond flour tortilla and topped it with tomato paste, spinach, tomatoes, and sweet potato ribbons. Added a scoop of @hopefoods pesto hummus as a fun dip because why not 🤷🏻‍♀️ Treated myself today by sleeping in and getting my nails done! Anyone else do something relaxing?

Tip: for an easy way to make the sweet potato ribbons, use a peeler and peel down the long side of the potato 👌🏻 super easy and guarantees perfect ribbons!
