Pumpkin Spice OVERNIGHT OATS ✌?
I can’t tell y’all the last time I made overnight oats and that’s just a crime! Overnight oats used to be my favorite thing to meal prep because I could take them to work with me and they hit the spot. Working from home, I didn’t think I needed to meal prep breakfast, but boy was I wrong. Having breakfast ready first thing in the morning makes my day so much better and easier. This recipe is made gluten free and vegan with gluten free oats and @lovvelavva plant milk. Their plant milk is so smooth and creamy that it made this bowl 100 times better. Here’s the recipe:
~ 1 cup oats
~ 2 tbsp oat flour
~ 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
~ 1 cup plant milk
~ 2 tbsp honey
~ 3 tbsp almond butter
~ cinnamon and a pinch of salt!
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and store in a container in the fridge overnight. That’s it! Top with fruit, more nut butter, and chocolate chips of course ✨
