Quick detour from food to get a little more personal! Like i said, i want to share more about me so you can put a face to the name 😋 Sorry for the long story, but keep reading if you’re interested!

The about me fact of the day: i gained the freshman fifteen x2 in 2013. i had no idea what it meant to workout or eat “healthy” and i did not treat my body right. It took me way too long to admit how unhappy i was with the way i looked and felt, but at the end of 2016 i decided to do something about it. I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made physically 💪🏼 but i still struggle with the emotional side. I’d rather wear my biggest sweatshirt and cover up instead of something that actually fits right. i worry way too much about numbers, but I’m aware that it’s something i need to work on. I’ve lost most of my confidence over the years and its hard for me to push past that. I’m a work in progress and that’s totally ok! I’m so lucky to have friends and family to support me and this wonderful insta community that help me think positively along the way ❤️
