Remember those baked apples from my meal prep! Well here they are ?? Meal prep saves the day yet again. I filled up a baked apple with @foragerproject cashew yogurt and topped it off with baked butternut squash and cinnamon. I added pepitas, bee pollen, and granola for the perfect breakfast. It wouldn’t be one of my bowls without a drizzle of @wild_friends collagen almond butter ? Such a good way to start the morning. Hope you guys have a happy Sunday!
