✨ S w e e t P o t a t o D O N U T ✨ I’m honestly not sure if this recipe qualifies as a donut, but they’re in the shape of one so that’s what I’m going with 🤷🏻‍♀️ A lot of you guys have been asking what I do to not eat sweets. And the answer to that is: I do. I have to eat something sweet everyday which is why I love to bake! I love making “healthier” versions of my favorite desserts because I know I’m filling my body with wholesome ingredients and I don’t feel as guilty when I eat three muffins in less than 10 minutes 😏 These babies are gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free! They’re my go to dessert this week 👌🏻 Let me know if you try them out! Happy hump day ❤️

Make them yourself 👇🏼 (makes about 10)
~ 2 cups gluten free oat flour
~ baking powder
~ 1 tsp cinnamon
~ 1 egg
~ 1 tsp vanilla
~ 5 tbs almond butter
~ 1/4 cup dairy free yogurt
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1 cup sweet potato mash
~ dark chocolate chips
*I buy my oats whole and then create my own oat flour. Combine all ingredients and pour into donut tray! Bake at 350. I poked the donut with a toothpick to make sure it was ready and just golden brown on top 😍
