Sandwich or volcano of almond butter and jelly? #ad Guys! I have officially tried sprouted grain bread and I’m obsessed. My stomach has a hard time digesting gluten, so I was a little worried about how my stomach would handle it. But, in partnership with Angelic Bakehouse, I was given the opportunity to try it. When I did my research, I found that sprouted grains could be a little easier to digest than normal whole grains. To be honest, I was really worried I would end up with a stomach ache, but thank goodness I didn’t. I’m still eating it in moderation because I don’t want to eat too much too fast and overwhelm my sensitive belly, but I’m so happy I found a good alternative for when I do want a soft piece of bread.
Most importantly, how to make this stack: two slices of toast, around 12 mashed up berries, and 2 tbsp almond butter. You can definitely make a sandwich like a normal person, or you can create the leaning tower of almond butter and jelly by making a tasty stack. #angelicbakehouse
