Sometimes simple makes for the prettiest breakfasts 😍 Y’all know how much I love my toppings, but sometimes just fruit is all you need. I used @bobsredmill gluten free oats and @foragerproject cashew milk to make cinnamon pear overnight oats topped with 1/2 oven roasted pear. If you haven’t tried roasting your pears, please do! They just melt in your mouth and make for the best oatmeal topping ✨ I also added 1 kiwi and fresh blackberries with a handful of @navitasorganics goji berries. This bowl actually took less than two minutes to put together and it tasted amazing 😏 The exact recipe for my overnight cinnamon pear oats are a while back! Let me know if you can’t find it.
